hay im a brown emo/scene and i have been for many years now but people still look down on me....


I know emos are normally treated like outcasts but the way people treat me is alot worse.....
I live in New Zealand and majority of the people here listen to HIP-HOP and R&B and stuff, i havent any problems with that but
because im brown people expect and assume that im a rap fan and that i listen to tone def singers like Rihanna.

associating my skin colour with the word emo is basically forbidden here....

Is being a Brown emo taboo? Their are hot brown emos out their (not me), does descrimination have to apply to everything?

I think it doesn't matter what color your skin is as long as you love the way you look and dress that you shouldn't care what other people think. Totally blow them off and say to yourself "I like myself this way" Confidence is key

You should totally do this. Take a pen and just carve a tattoo into your skin. That will so prove who's the most emo.
