Hello,

I have a problem. My friends like american food and I told them that I can cook them for them but unfortenately I can't.
So now I need some good recipes of americen food to impress them so please help me with books, links and tips.

i got a female friend who is american (texas) and she cooks trad. american food...exquisite !!!!!!!

What? We have no traditional American food, it's all just bastardise food from other countries.

no britty.....american food is more than "fast food" i really hate it when american food/culture is belittled.

i have seen great food produced by americans and not "fast foods" like stew's etc DO NOT DENIGRATE you're heritage... and you have a great one, don't let jealousy demean you're heritage
