Security Improvement
Now very recently we got the validation back up, which means bot's will have a harder time to get through.
However new registered members must wait until we validate their user for access on the forum.
But this will hopefully not last forever, meaning we get a upgrade in our defense, which actually, we are.
Nuk informed me about upgrading our security, making it harder for bots to get through our defense.
And he stated he would try to make this happen during the winter season of 2012. I cannot tell when exactly, what or how.
But I'm sure you'll appreciate it just as much as the moderators here at L-E will.
This means the validation may not be required anymore as earlier, but at the same time: bots wont get through, exception is of course if they are humanly smart, which doubtfully they are. Though humans are evolving (and even possibly in the wrong direction), bots made by mankind won't overcome our defenses (hopefully). Trolls however, we still have to kick out ourselves.
And of course new registered members won't have to wait until a moderator decides to let them through, and no one will be mistaken for a bot and denied membership. Yayy right?
How can I not jump in joy? We just got Ryan, a superhero of his sort, music and bot- killing is his specialty. Then I receive news about a new security system. It's not just me, is it?
