You can obviously see his present to us before your very eyes at this moment, however many updates are still remaining.
I couldn't be more surprised, although if I had checked my mail I would've known, but what's the fun in that?

From what I believe we all agree to this already. However a name has to be chosen in advance to replace the old one.
So need to brain-storm some more for me here. Your minds are a key to the forum and it's well being.


Regarding the theme.
What you see now is only an upgrade in the IP.board, and what you see is indeed just the default IP.board theme, so we still have a theme to make.
So you should still wait and see for updates in the theme. A temporary theme might be uploaded meanwhile we develop a custom theme, in the worst case however not bad at all, we might have to buy a theme to custmize instead of build a new one. But it will still be amazing, and still a heavy lift from the ground we've been hiding at for years.

Security is up to date
I should've just posted this in the Admin section (admin/moderators) but it's nothing secret, and shouldn't matter.
The upgrades provide us moderators an option to flag any member as SPAM, which will automatically ban the user. So it's alraedy easier to remove spam.
Some spam accounts still will get through somehow, but don't panic. We will in time figure out a way to shut every non-living creature out.



Anyway, Merry Christmas Luv-Emo and enjoy the new changes.
Get used to the settings, the profile, the posting and everything new and start posting like crazy.

The link from the main website does not work. It returns a 404 error. With the new updates there might be some people that are unable to log in.

It's weird not seeing the old pink and black forum.

Nice one. Hope you guys manage to get the theme sorted. I'd offer to help but i'm terrible at that sort of things and wouldn't know where to start.

Can one of you please change the way the posts are showed by default in threads? It's seriously confusing to see all the posts listed by title rather than just the post being showed.

Am I seeing the board in a different way than you? because I can't see what you're talking about. Can you post a screenshot?

Thank you Nuk, it's so much sleeker and not as confusing and looks more organised but we do need a theme.
Forum name would be first though before you know, making a theme lol

The report button will only report members. I will explain in our little secret section ^^-

Oh, for the information I was sort of thinking about making two new sections, which are gender related. That means if you're a guy you would see the male section (no name yet) and if you're a girl you'll see the female section. Where we can discuss and talk about more gender related stuff.

What do you think?

Ok, added some themes and some new features. You can see blogs, classifieds & downloads - these are beta and are yet to be properly categorized.
The download section should be a place that encourages new artists, not LE's warez section. If you do intend to upload copyrighted material, make sure you upload to another host (rs, mediashare, zippyshare, megaupload etc), then share the link. I'm not particularly against piracy, but my hosting company is.
It's also a good way to keep things more organized and make room for new & gifted artists.

P.S. @Naraa I had to update the forum once again to the latest version, unfortunately the viril theme isn't compatible yet.

I'm saddened that the themes are so dark and grrryy. My girly side went into hiding and my creepy side came out and made me click black lol More shall be added at some point? Si?

But I like the update, just tell me the IP board didn't get updated as well? lol

Everything was updated. And yes, we'll get some customizing done as soon as we have the time, or money to do so. Meanwhile your girly side must stay patient while your creepy side is in control. There is another theme available though, which isn't too dark. But I ruined it while I was trying to fix it, so I'm waiting for Nuk to re-upload it again. Sorry about that!

Yep. More changes will come to the profiles I think. And I believe we can customize the blogs to look a tad nicer as well. However its live, and you can write whatever you want there. People can follow it, and whenever there's an update on your blog they'll get a notification.

This is so cool! I'm like a little kid exploring a new place As for the url not working, luv-emo.com/forum takes you to the forum homepage, but luv-emo.com/forum/forum.html (which is probably what would have been in our favorites, because it used to automatically go to that when you typed luv-emo.com/forum or clicked from the luv-emo mainpage). I don't know if this is what others are experiencing.

The forum link from the homepge should be working properly now. However, though the homepage is untouched by this update we'll soon get into updating that as well. We'll announce it before we start, and after.

I don't know if you knew your sorted it or not, but it's sorted now, it's layed out like a normal forum again, thanks.
