The main and really only reason why you can't access this website on your home PC is probably because there is content blocked on your web access. Maybe certain keywords that are prohibited or specific content that is unable to go through your internet security. To fix this, click on tools > Internet options then click on the "Privacy tab." Lower your setting to Medium / Medium- Low. Then click on the "Security" tab and then click on the "trusted sites" icon (The green icon with a check mark) right below that there will be a button that says "Sites" Click that and add http://luv-emo.com.

Another reason is because your computer isnt updated to the most recent settings.
If you are running Windows XP go to Microsoft's main site

- Once there on the top right side of the screen you will see a "search function." Type in Microsoft updates and press enter. Once you do, click the first option and let your computer update, there is a mandatory restart.

Those should allow to access the website, let me know if it helped. =]

Also, while you are on Internet Properties on the privacy tab, click 'sites' and allow http://luv-emo.com on that too
(The trusted sites are for downloading content and Active X control, the privacy tab sites are for allowing the cookies)
