I also know absinthe by the name "the green fairy". I first found out about it a few months ago when I had to draw a bottle of it at art class as a component of an arrangement. When I was done, I tried some out of curiocity and loved it. It doesn't make me drunk, it just makes me feel happy.
I hate beer, red wine and baileys (yuk).

Other than that I'm a fan of chick drinks. Bacardi Breezer, tequila, good champagne, Bailey's (yeah, I like it in coffee), and that blue British stuff that tastes like Monsterdricka. Oh and might I add, British "cider" tastes like piss.

You feel awful for a few days, but there's nothing like it for spurring creativity; ask van Gogh.
I still have both ears, by the way.
I've tried Absinthe, had no problems with it, even liked the taste.

Anyone drinks mead beside me?
Recently I only drink it on medieval markets, from my horn.
Hm...I think I should get a bottle again soon...
I like mead when the weather is cold, and the mead is warm. Especially when camping.
I also drink beer, mostly Ozy beer, just not the crap we export (Ok, to tell the truth I only really drink 'pure blond' and 'coopers pale'). I love red wines, again from Oz, I'll also drink white wine if there's no red. I used to drink cider, but I find it makes me pee too much. lol.
I cant stand 'chick drinks', I find them too sweet.
I also like Vodka, Baileys, and lots of other things I cant remember the names of.
I don't drink very often, and I know my own limits. Ive never thrown-up from drinking too much, nor have I had a hangover or lost my memory.

First time was ok with me. I fully accept that as a part of mourning.
Second time was misjudging this stupid vodka red bull stuff - and I'll never make that mistake again.
Hm, now that I think of it...it was both within a year after a good friend/my first love died.
