SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY SUCK BALLZ , the lyrics are cliche , the fan base is filled with whiney/'depressed' scenesters FASHIONCORE , /rant.

Yep in the filmclip he was. And he suffered from anorexia is real life.
Yeah I used to love them when I was younger. Like 10 or so lol.
There old stuff is good I reckon. Like "Freak" and "Anthem Of The Year 2000" etc.
Their newer stuff I didn't like as much.

Is part of the reason you hate them because they labeled themselves screamo/rock? Im seriously starting to think that people who mistakenly label themselves no matter how the music sounds are shunned here. Silversteins ok.. I'm undecided bout them because they have some greatt songs and then some generic ones.

Old thread is old. Any band that calls themselves screamo but is not a member of the true screamo genre will get mocked on this forum. There is a huge difference between bands that are post-hardcore and/or any band that screams and bands that are screamo.

Wow man you guys are fucking crazy, I <3 Silverstein and would kill to see them live, fair enough they have a bit of a genre issue but they are a very good band, my favourite song is True Romance listen to it!
