I think it's no different from a white person dressing in a hip hop style, every music genre has a scene and everyone should just be able to do what they want without judgement.

But I don't have anything wrong with black people that dress scene.
Yeah, it's not very common.
But I'd hate if I was laughed at for dressing a certin way because of the color of my skin.

i go to a jazz club its always full of "arty/arthouse" folks. WEaring berets and scarves even in summer.

it isnt TOTALLY uncommon, i mean one of my best friends happens to be a thin afro-american who sports tight jeans and a afro =), he's quite good at skating too.
