Not true. I know I'm gonna sound like a poser, but FOB do not rely on a "boy-band" image. true, they're only in the mainstream cos pete is hot, but if you take a look at the lyrics on Folie a Deux (not their best album, I have to say) they're very clever and expressive. pete can't play music to save his life, and it's annoying that he's the frontman when Patrick is obviously much cooler, but he does write fantastic songs. They rely on the ironic quality of their lyrics and their insanely catchy riffs, nothing more
