I want to apologize on behalf of the forum about all the recent spam.
It's unknown to me how the manage to bypass the system, considering the validation is not supposed to let users with dubious emails, names etc slide straight through it, but apparently it malfunction quite alot.
I have decided to ask for a weekend, or possibly a week maintenance, so the Admins and possibly the moderators can sit down together and pin down problems, test stuff, and fix . This obviously means it will be locked down for access for regular members. Only chosen user groups will be able to access the board throughout the lockdown period.
However when this is not for certain, I just wanted to inform you in case it does happen to prevent panic when I possibly do report this downtime in the future.
