I went through a phase of jogging aswell, i jogged at like half past ten in the dark with my ipod in and my goal was always something like, "I'm going to jog to the park, round it four times and home without stopping" rofl.
I did it for like two weeks but i stopped cause my calfs where absolutely killing for days D:
It's a pretty large park! rofl. maybe i'm just small.
And i think il stick some pictures of me bmxing at the weekend, getting my bmx sprayed pink. GIVE HIM INSPARATION!

I'd be too afraid to jog late at night, I watch too many murder mysteries.

I got wild animals. Mostly just coyotes. That and there are no street lights out here. I would love to move to a city but at the same time, I love how dark it is outside. In the woods at night, because the trees are pretty thick, there is no light. Even on a full moon there is no light in the woods. Very creepy at times.
I would go jogging during the day but I hate sunlight and it's a gravel road so it sucks to walk, let alone, job on it.
Just keeping doing what I normally do, eat very little, snack on healthy stuff, and try to get exercise in when I can.

But back to jogging, I could never jog. For some reason jogging/running for the sake of jogging/running just made it feel all the more painful.
If I ran around in hockey or football, I never felt exhausted afterwards...however 2 minutes of jogging & i'm fucked.

Lol even me. Running for 10 min and I can pass out in a second. But When it comes to skating or freerunning I barely get tired.

these are suggestions that really work,
wake up around 6-7 am in the morning to go out for jogging.
if the reason you dont want to run in public is because of people knowing it's you;
just put on shades, a hat, and comfy clothes.
not only, but exercising wakes you up too.
( most recommend morning, because it's told that if you jog in the morning, before your breakfast, you burn 3 times more fat/calories then you do after eating. ) + it's good weather in summer time.
also ONLY DRINK WARM/ROOM TEMPERATURED WATER.
( fact: A Clinical Research Center in Berlin found that after you drink 17 ounces of water - Your fat-burning metabolism increases by 30% within 10 minutes of drinking water. )
not only, but water flushes toxic waste and all those bad stuff in your system.
keep your meals distant from each other.
i recommend you to have your breakfast at 8:30 ~ 9:00 am
your lunch at 12:30 - 1:00 pm, and dinner at 5:30 ~ 6:00 pm.
and make sure you do end your dinner at that time.
you need to give your stomach about 3 hours to digest the food.
it's best for you to STOP EATING after 6:00 pm. ( p.s. midnight snaking is REALLY BAD )
AND DON'T TAKE NAPS.
if you want a snack, like an apple, it's best for you to eat it around 3:00 pm.
AND STAY AWAY FROM ICE CREAMS, CANDIES, & CHIPS.
those espeically, but recommended for you to generally stay away from crackers and chips.
& when eating,
dont have a big meal.
small meals are actually better for you.
try aiming for probably a cup or a cup and a half bowl of cereal
with milk; of course.
