Pumpkin & Ghost Cake Pops:

I made these little guys for Halloween. They turned out amazing which was awesome 'cause this was my first time making cake pops

The reason why I love cake pops is because you can tweak the design depending on the occasion & use the same exact recipe.

I highly recommend these for parties especially for Halloween mainly because everyone's particularly after sweets & it's perfect for people that are bored of candy. You can use them as souvenirs as well. I had fun making 'em.

I don't have pictures, but i recently made a badass meal for me and the misses. It was Quorn chicken fillets, cut in half with mozerella cheese in the middle with some home made potato wedges and a tomatoe sauce.

The wedges were just sliced potato with some paprika, corriander, chilli powder, ground sea salt, ground black pepper and olive oil on and baked at 200*C for ~45 mins.

The sauce was simply some tinned tomatoes which i mashed to fuck, some onion that i chopped to fuck, some garlic that i chopped to fuck and some itallian herb (whatever that even is).

It was freaking amazing, i should be a chef, no arguments.

I made fudge and scotcharoos. Then I got sick from eating too much.

Fudge is well, fudge. Scotcharoo is made from rice crispies, peanut butter, sugar, and topped with melted chocolate and butterscotch chips.

I don't have pictures of either. If wanted, I'll give the recipe.

We need more savory stuff in here.

I once made the best pizza in the world with some friends. We made and needed the dough, made the pure (however you spell it) ourselfs and everything. I just had mozzerella and halumi cheese on mine.

Seriously the nicest thing i;ve ever had. I actually ate 2 pizzas that night, both were pretty large.

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
6 cups crisp rice cereal
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

Directions

Generously butter a 9x13 inch baking pan. Set aside.
In a large pot, mix together corn syrup and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, and stir in crisp rice cereal and peanut butter.
Transfer mixture into a well buttered 9x13 inch pan. With your hands well buttered, pat it down into pan.
In a medium saucepan, over medium low heat, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips until smooth. Spread over top of bars and let bars cool. Cut into squares.

Don't actually boil the sugar and corn syrup. As soon as bubble form, remove from heat. You'll have to stir constantly to keep it from burning. And use a large pot. Not a large saucepan, pot.

You put halumi cheese on your pizza? Tht spuds interesting. I love halumi cheese, but I have only ever had it with salads.

I did indeed. Not instead of mozzerella, since it doesn't melt, as well as, and it was amazing, i'd highly recommend it.

lol, tripe is the inner layer of the cow's udder, it's highly nutritious, normally boiled with onion, carrot etc.

i have never tried it and doubt i ever will but it's a favorite in the midlands :D

I live in the midlands and know of no one who eats that, lol. We use it as an affense, for example if someone says something that's full of shit you'd say "that's a load of tripe", lol.

So one of my friends (apparently) really loved my cake pops. She contacted me yesterday & asked if I can make Monkey cake pops for her sister's baby shower & they're willing to pay. Do you think it's a good idea to make a little business out of this?

If you enjoy it, can make money from it, and accept a level of realism, then sure, go for it. By realism, of course, I mean know what your limitations are.
