Some tried and they were the ones beaten up...

haha i got it bad i had 5 stiches on my forehead coz some1 kicked my in the head and various other bruises. wasn't fun

never been beaten up, but i dont fear that either..for me its worst if everyone (even the ones that were supposed to be my friends) gather around me and asks questions like.. I think we ARE normal, comparing to those basturds. Scene kids (aka Emos) express there emotions by music, which is actually why we were named after the genre of music we listen to. I'm sure Punk-Rockers, Goths, Preps, Gangsters and just plain people do EXACTLY the same, by taking drugs of course.
