The way to pronounce Saosin has been a topic of intense debate among fans. Despite Anthony Green's explanation that it came from the Chinese proverb meaning "small heart" and that he, the one responsible for the name choice, pronounced it "say-ocean", the current members of the band primarily pronounce it "Say-Oh-Sin",meaning either pronunciation is widely considered acceptable.

without Anthony Green they aren't shit... Cove is a worthless frontman who can't even hit the right notes... he can't even project his voice without losing control of his pitch and note... the only thing he can do is sing on acoustic sets... he is a total "pro tools cut copy paste vocalist" he is a fucking failure...

and WHY are Saoson being talked about on the emo forum? they aren't emo!

I wouldn't really mind it if the vocalist was creative and tried to alter the song differently, to make it his own. But it is the fact the they just copy & ruin perfectly good songs.

i saw saosin last night and they didnt play any of the old songs ..it made me sad

Right well I'm gonna agree with Ryan too. I downloaded some of Saosin's stuff, some with Anthony Green some with Cove Reber. Anthony is pretty much the best damn vocalist I've ever heard. Cove on the other hand makes me want to go to his home and strangle him with a microphone.

Edit: Right well I overreacted a bit xD. It's true Cove is nowhere near the vocalist Anthony is, however he isn't completely horrible. At most he's mediocre, barely passible. Christ now I'm wondering how the Saosin album would sound with Green's voice instead of Cove's xD.

Fuck Saosin for copy righting Anthony's music... the only person who should have the rights to those old songs (all 8 of them) is Anthony Green and Anthony Green only.
