Amazing punk band formed in the 80's, formed from the members of 'The epileptics'.

Went to go see 'em a few month back coz my mum used to tour with them, was wondering if anyone else has heard of them?

kinda sorta, i like the poetry they do, and theres definitly a message in their stuff. But the way the play, pure noise punk most of the time, can realy realy get annoying quickly, id recomend for crass-best before 1984. or if you want a grabbag of all the bands like that, check out the "we are the ALF" album, its not bad, but like i said, alot of noise stuff

they do come from the same group of bands as the subhumans, same era anyways, UK punk n such, icons of filth, subhumans, citizen fish, poison girls, KUKL etcetc so on and so forth

Yeah i dont think anyone listens to crass for the music, its the message what counts. The only albums i have by them are 'feeding of the 5000', 'penis envy', stations of the crass', a couple of singles and their live set in islington. I'll have to look up we are the ALF album, cheers. I got another compilation of political punk stuff like that a while back called 'politics of punk' which is good.
