Well i live in the Netherlands and practically everything here is different. Let me explain:
Music genre's here have different meanings than in the US and A.
US and A Netherlands
Hardcore Hardcore (Hardstyle) this type of music:
Rock Pop (main stream top 100 lists)
So that makes it kinda confusing for me get it!

Yeah, that's called "happy hardcore" over here too, which is the worst name for a genre i've ever heard.
Hardcore is such a broad term now that even when you're thinking of the metal type, it's still confusing as hell. I gave up on genre classifications long ago since so many bands go out of their way not to be put into one. Which is a cool thing.

I'm a little confused as to what hardcore is. Is it punk or bands like parkway drive, which i thought was metalcore?
