Oddly enough I have. Has nothing to do with trust, no matter what I do or don't do that won't change. Well if they find out I did start..maybe they will rethink their influence. It's funny how they always tell me all the stuff they have done, but then say but your not allowed to do it. If I did start smoking maybe they will realize they are being hypocritical when they can't stop a simple thing. (yes I know it's hard to stop cold turkey but not impossible). I would never do it around her, and I'd be taking like 10 showers a day if I knew she'd be around. But (not that it's an excuse) the baby is already used to smelling smoke. Especially when everyone smokes with her in the car, smokes while holding her, smokes then pics her up, or smokes in the house. I'm not sure exactly what all kinda smoke she HAS had to inhale. But i'd make damn sure I wasn't apart of that. I don't see how I'm being immature. I'm just willing to harm myself to make a point known. If that's what I have to do so be it. My life isn't as important as theirs is anyway. I'd rather suffer along with them to make the point get across. Oh I'm not saying it can't..I'm surprised neither of them has had complications...with my luck it would effect me though and I would end up dieing from it but somethings gotta kill me right? 2, just because my thought process is different and the idea is stupid doesn't mean I'm not "acting my age". It just means my thought process is different. I have MY own purposeful reasons for anything I decide and I've thought it through. Whether I'm agreed with or not. It's not like I'm saying I'll take up cutting because it'll be cool looking.

But anyway why does it matter one way or another? Everyone in my family smokes save for me and my cousin. It's not weird occurence. It's not like I'd think of starting because everyones doing it and I wanna be one of the cool kids. I just would because it seems I'm going to have to try a bigger stunt to make people listen.

You are being immature about this. Explain this to me, you hate so much that your parents smoke, that all of your family smokes and yet you think that if you start smoking that they'll quit? You really honestly believe this? Considering not even your mother's doctor or the fact that she had surgery stopped her? Do you really think the daughter they don't trust and keep sheltered is going to change their minds? No offense, but if your mom won't listen to you and I highly doubt your father ever listens to you, do you really think taking the chance of you, yourself getting addicted to cigarettes is the smart thing to do in this situation? Your going to harm yourself because you think it will change things? Well here's the truth darling, they are not going to fucking change for you. I may seem like I'm being harsh but I do NOT want to see people harming themselves for lost causes and trust me, your's is a lost cause. Your parents, sister, grandparents and the whole freaking world have chosen to smoke and they rarely quit. Even pregnant mothers continue to smoke. Your mother and family have been smoking for how long? You really think them seeing their precious little girl smoking is going to change anything? They didn't even quit for the baby and my guess, probably smoke around her, so what makes you think you have a shot of changing things? You want to see what happens to people who smoke?
